Unfortunately, there wasn't anything worth complimenting about this hotel. However, the hotel offers a decent location in the city center with good transport links, which makes it easier to explore the city. the hotel did provide basic amenities, such as clean bedding.

The customer service was extremely poor, with staff being unwelcoming and unprofessional. The staff was unresponsive to my requests and failed to address the issues I had with the cleanliness of the room.
